A viennese classic - you need to try this delicious recipe for Schnitzel!

Ingredients - serves 4
4 slices of roastbeef a 200g
100g mustard
50g horseradish
4 eggs
bread crumbs
flour
Salt and pepper
Oil
Method
Beat the beef, add salt and pepper and rake in with mustard and horserqdish.
Beat up eggs and set aside with flour and bread crumbs.
Toss beef in flour, pull through eggs and coat in bread crumbs. Finally fry the pieces in hot oil for about 3 minutes each side.
