Craving for lasagna and no time for cooking? This quick and easy pasta dish is all you need!

Ingredients - serves 2
180g annelini or any other small shaped pasta
200g tomato puree
1 garlic clove
1/2 onion
1 tsp. sugar
2 handful of grated mozzarella cheese
some olive oil
salt and pepper
Method
Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Heat some olive oil in a pan, add onions and cook until translucent. Add garlic and cook for another 2 minutes. Add tomato puree to the pan, mix in sugar and let simmer at medium heat for a few minutes. Blend until smooth using a hand blender.
Add pasta to the pan, fill in 200ml water and bring to a boil. Cook until al dente.
Heat oven to 220°C. Fill cooked pasta in 2 greased casseroles, spread mozzarella cheese on top and bake in preheated oven for about 5-10 minutes, until golden brown.
