Baked Feta Cheese with Honey, Cranberries and Walnuts

Here is an easy and delicious recipe for baked feta cheese with honey, cranberries and walnuts - perfect for appetizer or as a snack!

Ingredients - serves 2
1 block feta cheese (150–200 g)
2–3 tbsp honey
2–3 tbsp dried cranberries
2–3 tbsp chopped walnuts
1–2 tbsp olive oil
Black pepper to taste
fresh thyme or rosemary
Optional: chili flakes for a bit of heat
Method
Preheat oven to 180–200°C (350–390°F). Place the feta in a small ovenproof dish and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle the cranberries and walnuts evenly over the feta. Generously drizzle honey over everything. Add black pepper and optionally fresh thyme/rosemary or chili flakes.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the feta softens, the edges brown slightly, and the walnuts are toasted.
