Baked Feta Pasta

Pasta-Love! You want a quick and easy pasta craving fix? Then this recipe is all you need - delicate pasta, creamy feta cheese and juicy tomatoes. The best thing about this recipe? It almost serves on it's own.

Ingredients - serves 4
320g spaghetti
200g feta cheese
200g small tomatoes
2 twigs rosemary
freshly grounded pepper
Method
Wash the tomatoes and tab them dry. Rinse feta cheese. Remove leaves from the rosemary and set aside. Heat the oven to 220°C. Now place the feta cheese in a baking dish. Add in the tomatoes and spread the rosemary on top.
Bake the feta cheese in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes. In the meantime cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water. Remove the feta cheese from the oven and pull apart with two forks roughly. Now toss in the spaghetti and mix well. Serve with freshly grounded pepper.
