Here’s a quick and delicious Beef Tacos recipe for you!

Ingredients - serves 4
400g rib eye
8 taco shells
1 bunch of parsely
200g tomatoes
juice of 1 lemon
some oil
1 onion
Method
Cut meat into stripes. Heat some oil in a pan and fry meat until pink. Season well with salt and pepper. Chop tomatoes, wash parsely and chop finely.
Mix parsely and tomatoes and add in lemon juice. Cut onion into rings. Fill taco shells with meat, onions and tomatoes.
