Cinnamon Buns with Pumpkin

This easy recipe for delicious cinnamon rolls with pumkin is all you need this fall!

Ingredients
For the dough
550g flour
1 egg
60g sugar
80g warm butter
400g pumpkin puree
1 Pkg. dried yeast
Some pumpkin spice
For the filling
100g warm butter
100g sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
Method
Wash the pumpkin and remove seeds. Cut into cubes and boil in water until soft. Drain the water and puree pumpkin. Add the remaining ingredients for the dough into a bowl. Add in pumpkin puree and knead until the dough is smooth.
Cover the dough and let rest for 45 minutes until the volume doubles. Roll out the dough and grease with butter. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top. Roll up and cut into pieces. transfer to a baking tray, cover and let rest for another 35 minutes. Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake cinnamon rolls in preheated oven fr 35 minutes.
