Cinnamon Rolls

Sweet and fluffy cinnamon rolls - all you need to be happy! Enjoy your soft and delicious rolls with icing, cream cheese frosting or keep it simple with just some dusted icing sugar. Either way - they will be incredible delicious!

Ingredients - 10 pieces
The dough:
300ml warm milk
500g all purpose flour
80g sugar
21g fresh yeast
80g butter
1 egg
a pinch of salt
The filling:
70g soft butter
80g sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
Method
Crumble fresh yeast with your fingers and mix into into the warm milk. Mix flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Melt butter, mix with yeasty milk and egg and add to the bowl. Work into a smooth dough with your hands - about 5 minutes. Cover bowl and let rest at room temperature for about 1 hour.
Punch down dough and roll out rectangular on a flour dusted surface. Brush with soft butter and spread cinnamon and sugar onto the dough.

Heat oven to 180°C. Starting at the long edge nearest you, tightly roll up the dough into a tight log. Cut dough into 10 pieces and place into a greased casserole. Cover and let rest for another 30 minutes.

Put casserole into the oven and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
You can finish the cinnamon rolls off with icing or cream cheese frosting. You can also keep it simple by dusting them with icing sugar.
