Creamy Mustard Pork

This flavourful dish is easy to make and ready in under 30 minutes. Tender Pork with a creamy and aromatic sauce - the perfect weeknight dish!

Ingredients - serves 2
400g Pork Filet
250ml heavy cream
1 tbsp. dijon mustard
1 tsp. tarragon mustard
160g fettucine
some olive oil
salt and pepper
Method
Wash pork filet, pat dry and cut into cubes. Cook pasta in a large pot with plenty of salted water. Drain pasta and set aside.
Heat some olive oil in a pan and sear kpor from all sides. Add in dijon & tarragon mustard and cook for 1 minute. Deglace with heavy cream and let simmer at medium heat until creamy.
Season well with salt and pepper and serve with pasta.
