Creamy Pasta with Lime and Prawns

Crispy prawns and fresh lime juice - this creamy and delicious pasta dish is easy and ready in under 30 minutes. The perfect weeknight dish!

Ingredients - serves 2
180g linguine
250g prawns
250ml heavy cream
juice of 2 limes
some olive oil
1 tbsp. chopped italian herbs
1 chili, chopped finely
red chili julienne
Method
Cook pasta al dente in salted water - set aside 150ml pasta water.
Heat up some olive oil in a pan, add prawns and cook until crisp. Add heavy cream to the pan, fill up with pasta water and let simmer at medium heat for a few minutes until creamy. Sitr in lime juice and mix well.
Toss in cooked pasta, add herbs and chopped chili. Season well with salt and pepper and serve with chili julienne.
