Creamy Tarte with Pumpkin and Goat's Ceese

Pumpkin and Goat Cheese Tarte is a true autumn classic – creamy, flavorful, and gently sweet thanks to the pumpkin. This simple yet elegant recipe is perfect as a main course or for a cozy fall gathering.

Ingredients
200 g flour
100 g cold butter
1 egg
1–2 EL cold water
400–500 g Hokkaido-Pumpkin
1–2 EL olive oil
150 g Goats cheese
150g Goats cream cheese
Method
Mix flour, butter, egg, and salt quickly to form a dough. Add water if needed. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough and place it in a greased tart pan. Press the edges. Cover with parchment paper and baking weights (or dried beans) and bake 10 minutes at 180 °C (350 °F). Remove weights and paper.
Wash pumpkin and remove seeds. Cut pumpkin into slides. Spread crust with cream cheese. Top with goat's chese and pumpkin and bake for 45 minutes.
