The perfect dessert for chokoholics - luck spoon by spoon!

Zutaten für 2 Portionen


50g wheat semolina

250ml milk

4 tablespoon sugar

4 tablespoon cocoa

2 eggs

a pinch of cinnamon

some icing sugar






Method


Mix semolina with sugar, cocoa and milk and heat up on the stove. Stir until it thickens. Set aside to let it cool and stir in the cinnamon.


Seperate the egg yolks from the whites. Add the yolks to the batter. Whisk up egg whites until stiff and fold into the batter.


Heat up the oven to 180 degrees. Fill the batter in two oven safe molds and bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Dust with icing sugar and serve quickly.
