Dutch Baby with Strawberries

A huge pancake puffed up and golden, served with fresh lemon juice and strawberries. That is what breakfast-dreams are made of! Perfect for surprising your friends at the next sunday brunch.

Ingredients
100g all purpose flour
3 eggs
1 pinch of salt
180ml milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
200g strawberries
30g butter
juice of half a lemon
icing sugar for dusting
Method
Wash strawberries, remove stem and cut into halves. Heat oven to 220°C, put a large pan into the oven and allow to heat up.
In the meantime beat together eggs, flour, salt and vanilla extract until smooth. Mix in milk and stir well. The texture should be smooth and silky.
Take out the hot pan using a oven glove. Put in the butter and allow to melt and spread evenly. Pour in the batter and put back into the oven. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
Spread fresh lemon juice and strawberries on top and dust with icing sugar.
