Easy Apple Cake

Easy, quick and incredibly delicious! This quick and easy apple cake is all you need this fall.

Ingredients
4 epples
2 eggs
juice of one lemon
180g sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
100g melted butter
180g flour
2 tsp. baking powder
100 ml milk
some icing sugar
Method
Line a baking tray (20x35cm) with parchment paper. Beat up eggs, vanilla extract and sugar until creamy. Peel apples, remove stones and cut into thin slices. Add in the lemon juice to avoid the apples turning brown. Add butter to the eggs and stir well. Mix flour and baking powder and add into the bowl. Add milk and stir well.
Add apple slices to the batter and combine. Pour the batter into the baking tray. Heat oven to 180°C. Bake apple cake in preheated oven for about 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool off a little. Dust with icing sugar.
