Easy Rye Brown Bread

Nothing better than the smell of fresh bread - you need to try this easy and delicious recipe!

Ingredients


400ml warm water

20g fresh yeast

1 teaspoon sugar

600g rye flour

10g salt

50ml sunflower oil




Method


Crumble yeast and dissolve in water. Let sit for 15 minutes. Add the flour and salt into the kitchen mashine. Add in yeast, oil and sugar and knead for 15 Minutes until the dough is smooth.


Spread some flour into the bread basket. Add in th dough, cover and let rest for 45 minutes.

Heat the oven to 220 degrees. Place an oven proof container with water in the oven. In the meantime line a baking tray with parchment paper. Transfer the dough from the basket onto the baking tray. Cut with a sharp knive and bake for 35 minutes. Let cool down before cutting.
