Easy Spelt Bread

Nothing better than the smell of fresh bread - try this easy bread recipe.

Ingredients
280g warm Water
500g spelt flour
30g fresh yeast
15g salt
1 tablespoon sugar
Method
Mix the yeast with warm water. Add in the remaining ingredients and knead for about 10 minutes in the food procssor.
Put the dough in a bread basket, cover and let rest in a warm place for 45 minutes. Heat the oven to 220 degrees.
Transfer the dough from the bread basket to a parchment paper lined baking sheet, cover with water and bake for 45 minutes.
