Gnocchi with Prosciutto and Chestnuts

This dish is cozy, creamy, and full of autumn flavors — combining tender gnocchi, crispy prosciutto, and sweet roasted chestnuts.

Ingredients
2 tbsp. Butter
150 g Prosciutto
200 g cooked chestnuts
200 ml heavy cream
Salt
Method
Heat butter in a pan. Tear Prosciutto into pieces and fry in the butter until crispy.
Remove Prosciutto from the pan. Add in chestnuts, Gnocchi and cream and cook until creamy. Serves with crispy Prosciutto.
