Gnocchi with Salmon & Lime

Tender salmon filet, fresh lime juice and soft gnocchi - this delicious gnocchi dish is quick, easy and full of flavours!

Ingredients - serves 3
250g salmon filet
500g gnocchi
200ml heavy cream
1 small onion
juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp. italian herbs
some olive oil
salt & pepper
Method
Peel onion and chop finely. Cut salmon into cubes. Heat some olive oil in a pan, add in onions and cook until translucent. Add in salmon and braise for 2-3 minutes. Pour in heavy cream, add in gnocchi & herbs and let simmer at medium heat for about 10 minutes, until creamy. Mix in lime juice and season well with salt and pepper.
