Gröstl with Bacon

Some bread dumplings left over? Then this delicious recipe for Gröstl is all you need!

Ingredients - serves 4
200g bacon
8 bread dumplings
4 eggs
1 Onion
Some oil
Method
Chop onion finely. Cut the bacon and the dumpllings into cubes.
Heat some oil in a pan. Add in onions and cook until translucent. Now add in bacon and fry.
Add in the dumplings and fry for 5 minutes. Add in the eggs and fry for another 5 minutes.
