Here’s a quick and easy Ham & Cheese Puff Pastry Rolls recipe — perfect as a snack, party appetizer, or quick dinner!

Ingredients
1 sheet of puff pastry (thawed if frozen)
150–200 g (5–7 oz) sliced cooked ham
150–200 g (5–7 oz) shredded cheese (Gouda, Emmental, Mozzarella, or a mix)
2–3 tbsp cream cheese or crème fraîche (optional, for extra creaminess)
1 egg, beaten (for brushing)
Optional flavorings:
1 tsp mustard
½ tsp paprika or oregano
Sesame seeds for topping
Method
Prepare the puff pastry
Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F (conventional).
Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
Optionally spread a thin layer of cream cheese or mustard over the pastry.
Add fillings
Lay ham slices evenly over the pastry. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Add optional spices like paprika or oregano.
Roll & slice
Roll the pastry tightly from the long edge into a log. Slice into 1–2 cm (½–¾ inch) thick rolls.
Bake
Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush with beaten egg.
Optional: sprinkle sesame seeds or extra cheese on top.
Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
