Pasta con Salsiccia with a creamy Tomatosauce

Fine pasta in a rich and creamy tomato sauce and spicy Salsiccia - the perfect soulfood!

Ingredients - serves 4
300 g salsiccia
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
100 ml dry white wine
700 g tomato purree
1/4 tsp. smoked pepper
1 twig of fresh rosemary
2 tbsp. crème fraîche
400 g pasta
parmesan cheese
some olive oil
salt and pepper
Method
Heat some olive oil in a pan. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Add onion and garlic to the pan and cook for 2 minutes. Remove the skin from the sausages and chop roughly. Add the sausage to the pan and sear for 5 minutes. Add in the white wine and cook until the wine is fully evapurated.
Wash rosemary and chop finely. Now add in the tomato puree, smoked peper and rosemary and let simmer for about 30 minutes. Add in the crème fraîche and combine. Cook pasta in plenty of salted water. Toss the pasta into the sauce and serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
