Peach Crumble with Honey & Rosemary

Sweet peaches, crumchy oat crumble and just a hint of rosemary. This fruity crumble dish ist the perfect dessert for a BBQ dinner with your friends!

Ingredients - serves 4
50g flour
30g oats
70g butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1-2 twigs rosemary
some honey
4 peaches
Method
Mix flour, 50g butter, oats and vanilla extract and work into crumbles with your fingers. Cover and store in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Wash peaches, remove stones and cut into cubes. Wash rosemary and chop finely. Heat oven to 200°C. Grease 4 small soufflé dishes and fill in the peaches. Spread the rosemary and remaining butter in flakes on top.
Remove dough from the fridge, crumble with your fingers and add crumbles on top of the peaches. Bake in preheated oven for about 15 minutes, until golden brown. Sprinkle peach crumble with honey and serve hot. Tip: Enjoy with some vanilla ice cream!
