Pinsa with Pumpkin, Apples, Burrata and Cream Cheese

This easy recipe for crispy Pinsa is all you need this fall.

Ingredients


400g flour

100g rice flour

30g soys flour

5g fresh yeast

300ml cold water

50ml olive oil

1 small Hokkaido

2 apples

100g cream cheese

1 Burrata

Salt and Pepper




Method


For the dough mix all flours in a bowl. Add in water, yeast, olive oil and salt. Knead for 10 minutes until the dough is smooth.


Cover the dough and let rest in the fridge for 24 hours. The next day you transfer the dough onto a greased baking sheet. Form an oval with your hands.


Heat the oven to 220 degrees. Remove seeds from pumpkin and apples and cut into thins slices. Spread pumpkin and apples on the dough and the cream cheese in flakes on top. Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Afterward spread the burrata on top. Season well with salt and pepper.
