Plum Sheet Cake with Streusel

Finally it is time for plums! You will love this quick and easy plum sheet cake with cinnamon streusel!

Ingredients
For the dough:
200ml lukewarm milk 2 tsp. dry yeast 75g sugar 425g flour 1 egg 75g softened butter
Fort he topping:
120g flour 70g sugar 1 pinch of cinnamon 60g butter 1kg plums
Method
Mix flour, sugar and dry yeast in a bowl. Add in milk, egg and butter and work into a smooth dough. Cover and let rest in a warm space for about 1 hour. For the streusel, mix butter, flour, sugar and cinnamon and work into streusel with your hands.

Wash plums, remove stones and cut into quarters. Roll out dough on a piece of parchment paper, cover and let rest for another 20 minutes. Heat the oven to 180°C. Now spred the plums on top of the dough, add streusel and bake in preheated oven for about 45 minutes. Cover with a piece oft in foil to avoid the cake turning too dark.
