Provençal Quiche

This delicious quiche takes you onto a culinary journey to south-france. The perfect snack for a mild summer evening!

Ingredients


6 cherry tomatoes

8 black olives

1 onion

150g crème fraîche

1 pck. puff pastry from the store

1 twig rosemary

1 garlic clove

2 tbsp. dried french herbs

salt and pepper





Method

Heat oven to 200°C. Peel onion and garlic. Chop garlic finely and cut onion into thin slices. Mix garlic with crème fraîche, add 1 tbsp. herbs, season with salt and pepper and combine.


Wash tomatoes, cut into halves and remove stem and seeds with a small spoon. Drain olives and cut into halves. Wash rosemary and chop finely.

Line a greased tarte tin with puff pastry. Spread crème fraîche on the dough. Add tomatoes, onions and olives and bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle with remaining herbs and rosemary.
