Quick and easy Pasta with Curd Cheese

Ingredients - serves 2
200g pasta
250g crumbly drained curd cheese
1/2 bunch chives
salt and pepper
some olive oil
Method
Cook pasta in a large pot filled with plenty of salted water. Crumble the curd cheese using a fork. Season well with salt and pepper. Wash chives, chop finely and mix into the curd cheese. Toss pasta in olive oil and serve with crumbled curd cheese.
