Roasted Carrots and Chickpeas

Ingredients - serves 2
6 carrots
1 can of chickpeas
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Garam Masala
4 tablespoons Yoghurt
Garlic Powder
Salt and pepper
Some olive oil
Method
Wash carrots and remove the green. Drain chickpeas. Heat some olive oil in a pan. Mix chickpeas with soys sauce, maple syrup and spices. Add chickpeas into the pan and fry. Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
Mix yoghurt with garlic powder and season well with salt and pepper. Add carrots to the pan and fry for another 5 minutes. Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Spread the yoghurt in the plates and add carrots and chickpeas.
