Spaghetti with Tuna and Tomatoes

Tastes like summer! Delicate spaghetti with spicy olives and fresh tomatoes. This delicious dish is all you need for your summer vibes!

Ingredients - serves 4
100g black olives
40g capers
320g spaghetti
500g cherry tomatoes
2 cans of tuna
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. tomato puree
1 twig of rosemary
2 twigs of thyme
salt an pepper
Method
Wash tomatoes, pat dry and cut into halves. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Cook spaghetti in plenty of salted water - set 200ml of pasta water aside. Heat up the olive oil in a pan and cook onion and garlic until glassy. Add in tomatoes and cook for about 3 minutes. Stir in tomato puree and deglaze with pasta water.
Wash herbs and dab dry. Remove leaves from the stem and chop roughly. Add the herbs into the sauce, season well with salt and pepper and cook for 3 more minutes. Drain the tuna and add into the sauce. Drain capers and olives and cut the olives. Add the draines spaghetti into the sauce and mix well. Garnish with capers and olives before serving.
