The perfect recipe for a cold winter day - you need to try this delicious and easy recipe for sunday roast!

Ingredients - serves 2
400g roast
400g veggies
300g sweet potato
250ml beef stock
Salt and pepper
Method
Heat the oven to 160 degrees. Rub the roast with salt and pepper. Peel the veggies. Cut sweet potato into pieces and cook in salted water until soft. Afterwards puree the sweet potatoes.
Add veggies and roast into a baking tray. Add in beef stock and roast in preheated oven for 2 hours and serve with sweet potato puree.
