Tortellini in aromatic Pepper Cream Cheese Sauce

The perfect recipe for week days - this creamy pasta is all you need!

Ingredients - serves 2
400g Tortellini
4 red peppers
200g Cream cheese
Some Olive oil
Methods
Cut the peppers into halves and remove seeds. Heat oven to 180 degres. Place peppers on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and braise in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Cook tortellini in plenty of salted water until al dente. Puree peppers, ad in cream cheese and mix well. Fold sauce under the tortellini and serve.
