Here’s a delicious and elegant Flatbread with Pear, Brie, and Cranberries recipe — perfect as a light lunch, appetizer, or holiday snack!

Ingredients - for 6 Flatbreads


6 Flatbreads - you can find an easy recipe for flatbreads here.

1–2 ripe pears, thinly sliced

150 g (about 5 oz) Brie cheese, sliced

2–3 tbsp dried cranberries or cranberry sauce

1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup

Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)

Freshly ground black pepper and a pinch of sea salt

A handful of arugula (rocket) for serving

A drizzle of olive oil




Method


Brush the flatbreads lightly with olive oil.Arrange pear slices and Brie on top.Sprinkle with cranberries, drizzle with honey, and season with pepper and herbs.


Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C / 400°F for 8–10 minutes, until the Brie melts and turns slightly golden.
